Elite Homes Inc is Great Products Poor Customer Service Later My husband and I just moved into a home that we purchased from Elite Homes. While the customer service before and during the construction phase was good the follow up customer service has involved a lot of run around and stalling on getting things taken care of. The product line that Elite Homes sells is great but the customer service guarantee definitely needs to be handled in a much more professional manner.
