We recently purchased a new Home and didn’t feel it was necessary to have a home inspection as it was a new build. We reconsidered knowing if we didn’t we would have no recourse if there were issues later. Allan Davis was very thorough and professional. He answered all of my Questions and explained issues I was not aware of. I would highly recommend Mr. Davis.
