After 3 phone calls back to back from "Elite Home Health" today. They informed me that the reason that they have not brought the leg compression with the machine is because someone said that I was on hospice (which I have never been on hospice) & they put everything on hold. Then after looking further into it, the compression machine & leg wraps were denied with my insurance. The leg wraps are $90 per leg. This is after being told that the Elite Home Health was the BEST. My mother had challenges recertifying for Home Healthcare services, and Mr. Smith and his team were professional and went above and beyond to ensure that all documentation and correspondence were on time and informing all parties involved. Great customer service
My mom is home with me after 3 wks in hospital, tpn nourishment 24 hrs and ostemy bag. I had trouble with bag and Tammy RN superv came right out to help!! They are ALL awesome!! Natasha the RN, Johnny the aide and Alicia the PT. What a great company to deal with if necessary.
My mother suffered from MS for over 50 years. Close to the end of her life we had Elite Home Health Services come to our house to monitor my mother. Tammy was our nurse and she was spectacular. She had a great sense of humor which my mother loved and was extremely caring. Couldn't ask for better care. THANK YOU TAMMY!!
