Elite Home Health is the WORST home health company around. They repeatedly claimed they didn’t receive orders that five issuers claimed they sent. They said someone would be out on a day and when no one showed we were told it was scheduled for the next day. We called repeatedly to ensure we were scheduled and were basically ignored. Finally, though we are the paying customer we are treated like we are on their schedule. No other business would succeed if they treated customers the way Elite does.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My mother in law passed and the family was waiting on the funeral home to come pick her body up. While waiting the nurse arrived and came in with a bad attitude with her only concern being was “ where’s her medication” no sympathy at all. Even the police officer noticed her attitude. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO A DOG after that!!!!!!!!
