So I was a self-pay caregiver for a gentleman for close to a year I healed one of his amputations and then right after that he ended up with a huge blister on the side of his foot. Well, no one was coming for elite Home Health that was a nurse the whole time during his amputation while I was dressing it 2 to 3 times a day. Elite Home Health is the WORST home health company around. They repeatedly claimed they didn’t receive orders that five issuers claimed they sent. They said someone would be out on a day and when no one showed we were told it was scheduled for the next day. We called repeatedly to ensure we were scheduled and were basically ignored. Finally, though we are the paying customer we are treated like we are on their schedule. No other business would succeed if they treated customers the way Elite does.
