My mom’s assisted living NP attempted to set up home health care for my mom. I received an initial phone call yesterday telling me I would receive another phone call today to set up a time for someone to visit my mom and see what needed to be done. After waiting all day today, I called only to be informed that my mom was taken off the schedule because it have been out-of-pocket expense for her. No one from Elite bothered to call and discuss. No one called to quote what a visit would cost. They just took her off the schedule.... read more
