I was so impressed at every step of working with these folks. From the initial information and guidance on how to setup home health care to the physical therapist I had, Angela. She made me feel so comfortable, walked me through all the exercises throughly and expertly. And when I was cleared for outpatient physical therapy, they too were impressed with how advanced I was thanks to my in-home therapist!
The office staff is extremely rude. Field staff has no clue when they will see you next. I call the office to ask, and they say the clinician will call. No clinicians call and when i call the office they transfer me over and over again before eventually hanging up. Strongly advise trying another home health agency.
We are so thankful for the incredible team at Elite Home Health. Nurse Dawn is absolutely amazing—skilled, attentive, and so supportive. Elizabeth (OT) and Angela (PT) are both outstanding and have been instrumental in my mom’s progress. A big thank you to Marina for coordinating everything so smoothly! We couldn’t be more grateful for this incredible team.
This agency is FANTASTIC! From the moment the Social Worker contacted them while my mom was still at the hospital, through all the appointments and follow-ups, they are the most PROFESSIONAL and CARING people we've ever encountered. Highly recommended!!!
The receptionist is so completely rude. I couldn’t even get to the field staff. It felt like they didn’t want my business at all. She was incredibly difficult to work with. I would never recommend this company simply based on the public facing person at my first encounter if this is any indication of how the staff behaves, don’t go there. I’m desperately seeking care. It sounds like all she wanted to do was fight. I’m a very kind and caring person. Rude, Rude, Rude.
