Can't reach them electronically thru FB or website
Everything was set up with my dad yesterday and we expected them to come set up Mom's today which they promised to do. Instead, they did not show up and left us hanging and dropped us without any warning. We told them we did have help in the middle of the day as well as the other two times in the day but I guess this would over like a lead balloon or they ignored it. Do not use this agency. They will come and act like they want you and their system and then drop you like a hot potato! Very unethical.
I am very thankful for everyone at Salem Elite Home Health. The quality of my life improved beyond measure due to the care and love they have provided over the years.
Lots of miscommunication at the onset by the nurse about our correct phone number, showing up unannounced, etc. Then extremely pushy about signing paperwork and asking questions that were none of their business. And when they finally sent a PT, the PT didn't think they could help. We'll do it ourselves, Home Health. We are dropping the Medicare help from this and will find our own PTs, etc. Very typical of a government-sponsored program. Do not tell these people any more information than you have to.
