They're worth the splurge. They're incredibly kinda and communicative. We got the inspection report super fast (they typically provide the inspection report same day). The inspection itself was extremely thorough, and Scott was great to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy to understand
Scott is super honest about what he sees. The home he inspected for me was in worse shape than I thought and he offered to end the inspection early and refund part of the cost. He saved me a lot of head ache and even some money by ending the inspection early. I will be recommending him to anyone who asks. Good service and a good person. You won't go wrong choosing them.
We used Elite Home for a commercial inspection. Scheduling the appointment with Barbara was a piece of cake. Scott was punctual, professional and just a nice human being. He had recently been in a bad car accident but somehow still made it out with a smile on his face. No mess, no BS inspection. We will definitely utilize Elite Home for any future inspections.
