I can’t recommend Elite Home and Commercial Property Inspections highly enough. Their service was absolutely stellar from start to finish. Scott was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable—taking time to explain everything in detail and providing helpful resources along the way. You can tell they truly care about doing the job right, not just checking boxes. Their communication was prompt and professional, and scheduling was a breeze. They were also an absolute pleasure to work with—Barbara was friendly, patient, and approach... read more
Great service and knowledgeable in construction and processes. I wish I had know about Elite HCPI sooner. Scott and Barbara have helped us out tremendously. I will recommend them to anyone I run across that needs a home inspection!

I put the garage inspection contingency, before the close of escrow, to pro... read more
