Scott gave us a very thorough and detailed report that is going to go a long way in helping us. He also very thoughtfully and carefully explained things that were new to us and provided tips on how to navigate the issues that we found in the house Would highly recommend them for any home inspection! They're worth it. They're incredibly kinda and communicative. We got the inspection report super fast (they typically provide the inspection report same day). The inspection itself was extremely thorough, and Scott was great to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy to understand
