Ellae did a wonderful job with my move-out clean. My house was the cleanest it’s ever been! I would absolutely use her services again.
I definitely would not use this service worst cutomer response time will not even answer phones will not return call not a responsible company at all had to hire another company to clean my house a competitor of there's ,they give all there work to the competition because they won't even answer call or return calls I give them a (F ) rating !
I strongly recommend Elite Home Cleaning. I had my house deep cleaned this week and they did an AMAZING job. It looks and smells so clean.
I had a consultation 2 weeks prior to appointment. An hour before my set appointment I was sent a text saying sorry they can’t make it. I have a baby shower at my home in a few days, and made sure to book this with PLENTY of notice. Do not recommend. Never had a service leave a customer high and dry. Who sends a text when bailing on a customer? They did not even have the courtesy to pick up the phone and call.
