I work here and have to say the reviews prior don’t tell the story about this company. Every agency had some issues but Elite Home Care Services has been there for my family and me. They have extended their help in many ways many times. I’m grateful to work for such a great company that cares about their members and staff. Geneva the owner really goes above and beyond for every family she meets and every employee that comes thru her doors.

I would not recommend as an employer or provider. If you like to get paid.

I agree with the previous post. I am still fighting this company as a parent caregiver they owe 2 weeks from 1/16/2023. And if you use them for providers, their could be so much better. They won't answer my emails anymore. I worked for 2 years with no issues this year was different. Definitely do not recommend it as a parent or employer. Let our losses be your lesson.

Update: As of 02/12, another payday has passed and providers have not been paid. There is no word on when providers who have ALREADY WORKED and submitted time sheets will be paid for their labor. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. They don't pay their providers. They've spent all their money trying to build and open a DTT area, now they can't afford to pay their workers come pay day. Do not use them!!
