I suffered a work-related injury while trying to assist a client who didn't have the necessary safety equipment, such as a gait belt or handrails, in her home. They’re ok work wise, hard to get a hold of. Client passed away, not even a single check in or seeing how the family are doing and a check in to me. (A friend who was more than a client) I tried switching positions and nobody even bothered to reach out for that too. They just went MIA, they’re always having new people working and going.
I'm a caregiver at Eliet Homecare, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is wonderful, with plenty of fun activities for the elderly. Plus, they offer transportation to appointments, which is a huge plus. The pay is also better than some other agencies, and they always try their best to find me clients. All in all, it's a great company to work for.
Julie is honestly one of the best activity directors I’ve ever seen at a daycare. She’s always full of energy, super patient with the members, and comes up with creative activities that keep them excited and engaged every day. You can tell she really cares about the members and puts a lot of thought into what she plans. The Elite Daycare Center is lucky to have her.
I rate you a one because you have caused me to miss two appointments coming late to pick me up you didn’t even call and plus you didn’t come back to get me one day and I didn’t get home until 7:00 PM and you said you were coming and you didn’t come Until I got on the phone and call motive care that’s bad business and I shouldn’t have to call motive care to get through to you guys after you tell me to call you when I get done or to figure out where you guys are at and it takes forever for you guys to even answer them and y’al... read more
