I worked for this place for almost 4 years. This is not a company, this is a club. There are no policies and procedures to be followed, nor training of any kind. You have to be resilient to withstand the drama and sabotage of some of the women who work for this place. You work subcontracted. You make $20 per hour, and work the hours that the friends of the owner don't want, and you end up paying lots of taxes. How does this place get 5 stars? I am a retired RN and am NOT impressed. A friend od mine used them for approx 3 months. Major headache. She was lucky to see the same caregiver twice. Friday,s were a nightmare because there was never any available staff!!!! Everything they did was peacemaker! There were some good caregivers and a few nightmares. One employee came once barely moved her behind from the chair.. Lazy was her middle name.. when she realized you friend required transfer assistance and her speech was difficult to u... read more
