Integrity first and foremost. We have a 2 and a half year old new Lancia home and the AC stopped working of course right after the warranty ended. Elite came and looked at it and told us it was an issue from installation and told us there was no charge. We were freighting a high repair bill that we thought we would avoid by buying a new home. Adam and his team were wonderful to work with. Adam came out same day and was very knowledgeable about what needed done. We were able to get the new system installed and new returns added to make sure our home is more efficient. We could not be happier with the whole process and our new system. Adam and his team were so kind and helpful. We highly recommend them!
Their response time was immaculate!!! When they say priority they keep their word. Definitely recommend 100% they do what they can to make sure you get what you need taken care of. Will definitely be calling them with our heating and cooling!!
We came back from long trip abroad to a non functioning furnace right when the cold weather hit our area. We called multiple HVAC companies in the area but had no luck. We called Elite Heating & Cooling LLC and they were very quick to send a professional to service our Furnace. Tony came to check our furnace the very same day and was able to fix it. He also educated me on how to take care of my furnace. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience I recommend them if you have any HVAC needs!
