They showed up on time did the work scheduled and didn’t try to sell you on a new system
I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate to get my ac unit replaced and possibly my furnace as well. Spoke to the guy that was going to come out and he set the appointment time. But then noone ever showed up. No call, no text, no email just nothing at all. I was highly disappointed that this is how they would treat a new customer. I waited for over 6 hours for noone to even attempt to call and cancel or reschedule or anything.
Integrity first and foremost. We have a 2 and a half year old new Lancia home and the AC stopped working of course right after the warranty ended. Elite came and looked at it and told us it was an issue from installation and told us there was no charge. We were freighting a high repair bill that we thought we would avoid by buying a new home. They could have easily charged us and we wouldn't have known the difference. BUT THEY DIDN'T! They were honest. Not always the case in the service industry. Highly recommend this compan... read more
