I called this company to come out and service 2 heaters. They came and within 5 minutes they told me I needed new units don’t even try to fix the units or see what was wrong. I requested a quote for the replacement units and they gave me a quote for units 3x as powerful as I needed and never gave a quote for the size I requested. I had to get another company out and they were able to fix the one unit with no issues took them 30 min. The second unit did need to be replaced and they replaced it with a correct sized unit. Posts job for apprenticeship but job requirement is 2 years of experience. That isn’t an apprenticeship.
Applied for job and we set up a phone interview....they never called. I could only imagine being a customer....
