Had our scheduled maintenance visit today and I'm always happy with the service provided. Travis was the technician today. He did a great job of updating me on everything he checked, he changed my filter since it was due and cleaned up the outdoor unit. My dog adored him, which I feel like is always an additional plus. I highly recommend Elite Heating & Air Conditioning!
We made an after business hours call and Elite called right back ready to go straight to work if necessary. They sent what I can only assume is an HVAC Dr. After diagnosing the issue, they were ready to go right to work. They installed a new unit and taught us how to operate the thermostat all before my lunch. The technicians were super friendly and knowledgeable. Elite Heating and Air Conditioning gained new life long customers. We will be recommending them to everyone we know.
