Had them come out when my AC was broken, they came out the same day to fix it. I felt the repair price was fair and that they done good work.
Great experience, purchased a Carrier Infinity System from Elite I called to get an estimate and was pleasantly surprised at how easy this process was. Aaron showed up and gave me all of the information , I felt like he was the most knowledgeable person about heating and air that I had come to my home. I agreed to go with a Carrier Infinity System and we absolutely Love it! Our home has never been so comfortable and my bill went down a whole lot. Highly recommend this company!
I was very much disappointed with the service provided. I was pressured to the point of bullying into installing a new coil and AC unit in my house. I received text messages from the manager (Erin) threatening the warranty of my heating unit if I didn't agree to replace the AC unit. His behavior was unprofessional and rude. I wasn't given the space and time to think or consider my options. Untrustworthy company with dishonest practices. They installed my HVAC unit with a defective coil, they sent a repairman over to my house 5 times in the period of an year and never figured out what was wrong with the system. When finally a different repairman came over and figured out what was wrong, they changed the coil on warranty but sent me a bill for the labor that should have been covered in warranty since they were the ones that could never figure out what was wrong with it and installed a defective coil in the first... read more

Mr. Martin I called this company for service, I called and cancelled....They did the work while my painter was working and sent me a bill. Then said they would turn it in to a collection agency if I did not pay....I would not use this comany..Thanks
