Excellent service! Trey was courteous and went above and beyond to explain plumbing items that normally wouldn’t understand. My house was left clean (wore little booties the whole time) and I feel confident that Trey did my servicing well. Reached out to them Wednesday night and was offered service the same day!

My hot water heater decided to blow out on Super Bowl Sunday. Elite has been my A/C service center for many years, but I didn't know they also did water heaters, so I initially called Fehl Safe Water Systems. The phone was answered by a guy who was obviously at a Super Bowl party, and he promptly told me that they don't do plumbing.
