In the past, the tech has done really well, this time, TERRIBLE! They came 2 weeks ago, said our compressor is going out and he'd turn it into AHS. It's now been 2 weeks and we've heard NOTHING from anyone and can't get ahold of ANYONE. Plus the report was NEVER turned into our home Insurance Co, so parts can't be ordered to get it fixed. Holiday's and family are coming and so is cold weather and we can't get ANY help from them. We have left numerous messages and reached out every way we know how. No response.
BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR HVAC NEEDS These idiots scheduled 5 appointments, no showed on 4 of them then finally showed up on the 5th scheduled appointment. The lady doing scheduling never remembers anything and I don't think she even talks to any of the people doing the service calls. The guy showed up diagnosed the problem it needed a fan unit and he would need to order one. Then another 3 weeks goes by.. crickets even after repeated calls. Twice this company was scheduled through AHS for work on my AC and twice they never showed up. The first time was for routine maintenance, never showed yup, never called. Ended up filing claim with AHS to get my deductible returned. Most recently my AC quit working on 7/5. AHS assigned this company again. They called on 7/8 to schedule for 7/15. On 7/15 again the technician was a no-call, no-show. Finally got a call back on 7/16 with no explanation for not showing up. My AC is still not fixed and the claim has been turned ov... read more
Like most of the other bad reviews this comes down to American Home insurance utilizing this company. If you have AH insurance and have an issue with your AC, DEMAND you do not get this company to do your AC work. The lady who does the scheduling is horrible to communicate with. Took over 40 days to get a fan in the unit replaced. The owner was the technician, he came by to evaluate the issue initially and said he would get the fan on order.
