Very disappointed with my experience. heat worked but would not shut off unless turned off from breaker box, Elite heating and Air said the repair could be 1500$+ and a new furnace would be a better option. i called another company and the next day it was fixed by a common cheap part off the truck. Be careful with this company.
Was here within 3 hours of my call for help!! Was a simple fix, and, Bless the owner, was not charged for the visit! ( because, I guess , it’s still under warranty?!!)!! !! Technician was very polite and courteous!! 😊💕 Very knowledgeable and efficient team!! My “ new” 5 stage heat pump HVAC system, which they sold to me and installed, is saving me LOTS of money, especially on the coldest winter days!! Thank you Elite HVAC!! 💕😊
