Numerous text messages to get us to schedule for their special promption. Signed up for date and time and they didn't show. Called and Matt said he would check and call back in a few minutes. Never called back. My husband called and never heard from them. No call no show. This is no way to run a business. Very inconsiderate!

I moved from the SFV and had the HVAc person we knew install a new HVAc system. We ran into an issue, and our main contact ended up sending Matt with 805 Elite Heat and Air Conditioning. I'm so glad they did! Matt is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He clearly explains issues, options, and differences between systems. He is our HVAC person now, thank goodness, and highly recommend.
Will was knowledgeable about the system and repaired the heater easily. I appreciate how professional the office staff and techs are.
