It's revealing that these people send mass postal advertisements which assume that EVERYONE who receives the advertisements must be deaf. I'm not. I do NOT appreciate this kind of advertising. The assumption is that their belief is that EVERYONE must be deaf and in need of their assistance. Dylan at Elite Hearing's Bountiful office is very good kind. understanding. and compassionate. And I've been very happy with my Phonaks. He tells me they are old, but they're still working well for me and I've been very pleased they are still doing their job.!
I have been a patient of Elite Hearing for several years. I have had several different hearing specialist. Today 11/10/25 I met with Dylan Mansfield for the first time. He is the most informative of all the people I have ever met with. I paid big bucks for hearing aids that had lots of technology, but felt that those explaining and adjusting my aids were not able to give the full use of the technology. Elite Hearing has put together a team of professionals and has aligned themselves with products that are best of class. I have been a patient for over two years and believe they have gone out of their way to make sure I am cared for and that my hearing is managed as best as can be expected. I would never change offices or products.
