If I could I would give Catherine Maynard a 10 star review. She was not only helpful and patient she even accommodated qmy schedule. Without a doubt she went out of her way to help me.
Recently my wife and I visited AudioNova in my quest to explore hearing aid options. Catherine performed a thorough hearing test and carefully explained what devices would work best for me and why. She was very professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. From start to finish, my experience with AudioNova and my interactions with Catherine were exceptionally positive. Catherine is a true asset to this company.
I was really not knowing anything about hearing aids except they make you feel better, so I made an appointment with Beltone and really a horrible place to go at least with my experience. So I contacted Humana and with my policy I have a hearing aid program with Truhearing. So they made me appointment with Audio Nova, what a lifesaver. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answer all my questions. I highly recommend her to anyone that has any problems or concerns with their hearing.
