They are available anytime you need them and they are honest. No hidden cost. I was sent here by ****** ****** ****. representative after their free test for all residents revealed I needed a Hearing Aid. Dr. Steinberg was very professional and honest. When I revealed I’m an Army Veteran, he refused to sell me any hearing aid and directed me to the Hearing Center at the ******** ************** ********. He said: “They will provide you with a top of the line Hearing Aid at no cost.”
Dr Steinberg is a truly caring professional. He has promptly repaired my hearing aids when needed, and replaced them when they were lost. He treated me like a human being, not just a customer, I almost felt like a favorite Aunt (although I'm not related to him in any way). One of the best "ear doctors" I've had in over 60 years - exceptional. His staff is also congenial and caring.
Dr. Steinberg is fantastic in his caring and knowledge in working for the best interest of his patients. You’ll find he takes time to listen to the patient and work to find the best resolution with the greatest compassion.
Every visit to Dr. ********* at Elite Hearing is a good experience. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, answers my questions and recommends the best solution for my particular situation. Follow-ups are also no problem and are readily available. Very pleased with Dr. Steinberg's professional services. Also, they were very helpful when I lost my hearing aid in providing a replacement as per the warranty agreement. Also in repairing it when necessary.
