Today My co worker answered her phone on speaker, and a receptionist Sagina at this clinic was extremely negative and beyond rude, the whole office stopped and was shook. Her tone has consistently been rude and no compassion at all. My co worker told me its been more than one occasion, she has blamed her for booking errors instead of assisting with a solution when the receptionist made the error herself. I have been a client at this clinic since it first opened, and it was originally such a warm, welcoming place. Unfortunately, since the changes in staff, my experience specifically with the receptionist Sagina has been extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, her tone has been absolutely rude and uncompassionate. She has blamed me for incorrect bookings rather than trying to help resolve the issue.
