The receptionists are so annoying here, They just keep calling you 5 days ahead to confirm appointments for massage therapist, other clinics never do this, I think they just judge that you will reschedule appointment, Things comes up, everyone has right to reschedule their appointments with in 48 hours . In reply, they are lying that I cancelled my 4 appointments. Yes, I did after I received bad customer service from them,( but I cancelled my future appointments) This is only clinic I noticed they are not flexible , not easy... read more
