Purchased a very expensive package and began treatments, only to find out that the service was suddenly discontinued. Despite being promised a refund, 10 months have passed and I still haven’t received it. No one answers the phone, and calls are never returned. The customer service is terrible, and the treatments are being administered by individuals who are not properly trained or certified. Completely unacceptable — AVOID!
Do not purchase a package of treatments from this business until you have had the first treatment. Never got a full refund. IMO performing procedure they aren't qualified to do.
