I'll say in advance that unfortunately I wasn't able to work with Fedor and Elite Hardwood Flooring, so this review is based on the communication and quoting process only. My experience with Fedor was very good. He was very polite, kind, and professional - I could tell he was incredibly knowledgeable about his craft. He was prompt with his communication and the quote, and the quote was fair. I was excited to work with him. I reached out to Fiodar to get a quote to refinish the hardwood floors in our house. We had a lot of work lined up and he came over on a Saturday to take a look in person and provided a quote on the spot. He was very clear with the work that was to be done, scheduling it quickly. He showed up on time with his crew and quickly got to work on the kitchen, hall, and two bathrooms that needed to be done before we got other contractors started as we had lots to get tuned up before we moved in. Fiodar did a fantastic job on our hardwood floors. Sand, Stain, and three coats of water based polyurethane at ~$5sqft. That's inline with other quotes, but honestly, it was his responsiveness and friendliness that set him apart from the rest. He guinuinely cares about making your floors turn out great.
