Thank you Dimitri. SO MUCH. I recently moved here from another state and was dreading searching for a new barber. Did not have a good experience here. I want to preface by saying the barbers are very nice and courteous. But the older guy needs to update his tools at the very least. I’m not sure if I was getting a haircut or a head tattoo. I’ve never had clippers scrape my head like that. And then the old, crusty brush he used is worse than a hard grain brush it’s more like a steel wool brush. I also asked for a LOW bald fade. Made an appointment through their website. Picked a specific barber and service and even pre-tipped. Got there and was informed that barber no longer worked there and they just left his name on the website for whatever reason. Also, the barber that was there informed me the services I had paid for were not all available and that there was no way to refund any of the amount I had paid, as at this point I had overpaid(including tip) $20 more than what I got service-wise.
