Called 3 or 4 times yesterday for an appointment. No one picked up the phone. Finally left a vmail message. Got a call back 24 hours on my way to salon where I was able to book appointment w/o waiting a full day for call back. Not responding for 24 hours means a potential client has moved onto another salon. Guess you are too busy to answer the phone. With on line appointments you can't wait 24 hours to return a call. You for sure lost that client opportunity.

This place is awesome. Ms Jade cut my hair she is awesome with men’s cuts. Perfect fade. Thanks Jade. She fixed another paces bad cut. Saved my week.

I’ve lived in Westchester County for over three years and just finally made the switch from my hometown stylist. I had Stefanie cut my hair and she was amazing. She brought the life back into my hair and was super friendly. Prices are also VERY reasonable. I will definitely be coming back.
