⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the front desk and medical staff! Stephanie truly made me feel heard and even offered helpful suggestions. The sonographer was also wonderful; professional, kind, and reassuring. My only issue was the sonography machine itself. The buttons kept getting stuck… which led to a very awkward moment of “please don’t let this machine become a permanent resident.” Imagine having a foreign object up your vagina while the tech is pressing buttons that refuse to cooperate. First time visit, so first impressions only. I felt seen, heard and respected. Dr. Kapoor is caring, well informed and has a wonderful bedside manner. I feel like this is a great beginning.
