What a joke. I made an online appointment with Elite Group and selected the time and date. I was given a confirmation number and everything. Then…. I also selected a termite inspection. Same thing, date and time confirmed with Elite, and the owners of the home I needed to have this appointment conducted at. Here it is the day before… and no reminder emails from Elite like usual. A plus inspection. The inspector was extremely thorough and really helped us with negotiating fixes with the seller. The report was every easy to read and organized with photo proof. Thank you!
Scam company ! Avoid them ! We had to hire them due to an escrow transaction. They knew we had to fix whatever they came up with.... so they hit us with all kinds of false INFLATED costs. For example, they wanted 800 dollars to replace a corner piece of wood on the roof. The piece of lumber literally costs 24.99 at Home Depot. DO NOT HIRE THIS INSPECTION COMPANY, go with anyone else. They will ALWAYS find something wrong, and charge you an inflated costs because they feel your obligated to go with them.
Extremely thorough and detailed inspection report done next day to view. Would use them again easily.
He said all the appliances in the house were working. I decided to change the water heater: the plumber said the previous water heater was not properly installed and could have caused a big leakage inside the house.
