A plus inspection. The inspector was extremely thorough and really helped us with negotiating fixes with the seller. The report was every easy to read and organized with photo proof. Thank you!
Scam company ! Avoid them ! We had to hire them due to an escrow transaction. They knew we had to fix whatever they came up with.... so they hit us with all kinds of false INFLATED costs. For example, they wanted 800 dollars to replace a corner piece of wood on the roof. The piece of lumber literally costs 24.99 at Home Depot. DO NOT HIRE THIS INSPECTION COMPANY, go with anyone else. They will ALWAYS find something wrong, and charge you an inflated costs because they feel your obligated to go with them.
Extremely thorough and detailed inspection report done next day to view. Would use them again easily.
He said all the appliances in the house were working.
