Dropped a cuckoo clock off Dec 7 2024 for a tuneup & was told it would be ready December 20th. It was not ready & I was ok with that & after numerous calls after Dec 20th was told the clock was very dirty and needed to be cleaned deeper than first expected, and that I would be called very shortly as it wouldn’t take much longer.
