We called about 6 months ago for the initial call and after having a technician out 4 times, with every time being a different diagnosis from them, our gate still does not work properly. 3 weeks ago they said we needed a new modem on the gate and we were told they would order one and install it. Great Company. They came out when original installer would not come back. Since then they have done two more gates for us. Great salesman that answers all your questions and very honest.
