Professional, courteous and really made sure that I got the best service. Correft recommendations were made to improve our garage door during the install of our garage door opener and maintenance recommendations were made after the install and feature walk-through were complete. I will definitely do business with this company again after my great experience with Sean.
I accidentally hit the garage door with my car and the bottom panel got bent and came off the track. I put in a request on Angie’s and got a bunch of calls back. I’m pretty young and my mom is a single mom so money is tight. The lady on the phone said she’d send someone out to take a look anyway and even waived the service fee which was super nice. Elite Garage Doors were great to work with!!! We had a spring snap which prevented the door from opening and they were at our house within an hour to make the repair/replacement. From the initial call to the very friendly & knowledgeable technician who came out, just a great overall experience!!! Highly recommended to anyone needing garage door services. Thanks again!!!
Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning. Called elite and they answered right away. Door was fixed to include adding a second spring that the door should have had to begin with. Sean, the tech, was awesome and finished fast. He also checked the door multiple times to ensure function. TY
This company tried to scam us out of nearly $4,000 claiming we needed an entirely new garage door system, motor, and multiple repairs. Only for us to find out the unit was literally just UNPLUGGED. Instead of taking 30 seconds to actually troubleshoot the issue, they immediately jumped to selling us thousands of dollars in unnecessary replacements.
