Professional, courteous and really made sure that I got the best service. Correft recommendations were made to improve our garage door during the install of our garage door opener and maintenance recommendations were made after the install and feature walk-through were complete. I will definitely do business with this company again after my great experience with Sean.
I accidentally hit the garage door with my car and the bottom panel got bent and came off the track. I put in a request on Angie’s and got a bunch of calls back. I’m pretty young and my mom is a single mom so money is tight. The lady on the phone said she’d send someone out to take a look anyway and even waived the service fee which was super nice. Great service! Sean has done work for myself and a few of my clients. He did a great job! Appointment was scheduled right away, he was on time and fixed the problem.
Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning. Called elite and they answered right away. Door was fixed to include adding a second spring that the door should have had to begin with. Sean, the tech, was awesome and finished fast. He also checked the door multiple times to ensure function. TY
