Replaced Garage Door. My garage door broke when I came home from work. I called Elite garage doors and Sean came out the same day and was at my house in 45 minutes. Instead of fixing the flimsy garage door I had, we decided to replace the door with a better sturdier insulated door. John was awesome. He fully explained the problem, fixed our garage door and we tested it out to make sure it works. AND he gave me a tip to help my garage door stay in good condition that will save money in the future. Great customer service and I think he did a great job on the repair.
The gentleman that did the work on my garage was extremely helpful. He changed his schedule in order to accommodate my schedule. He was very thorough and explained I have a very old garage and showed me how to maintain it with product to make it last longer. He was service oriented, kind and outstanding in every way.
My garage doors were a complete mess and were still hand powered. I think the previous homeowner installed them yourself and even an amateur could tell “something was not right.” Elite Garage Doors stopped by on a Wednesday to give me an estimate and by the end of the day the next Saturday I had two working smoothly moving motorized garage door openers with remotes and everything. Elite changed out my springs to ones that were more properly balance and now everything is great. Excited to park my new car in my garage!
