If you ever have issues with your gate operator, this is the only company to use! I was late for a business meeting, and couldn't back out of the driveway because the gate was stuck. Called Elite and spoke with Chad. They were at my house within the hour, and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Chad was a pleasure to talk to, and very knowledgeable, and had the problem fixed in no time.
