As a small business owner I would never write a negative review for a company but I will today. I will say the lady answering the phone is nice but I'm pretty sure she said her son was the owner and was on every job. I felt comfortable hiring an owner/operator for my ducts to be cleaned. I have a small park model trailer in Avalon Nj. We are located in a camp ground with a ton of children in it. The speed limit in the campground is 5mph and it’s very strict with signs everywhere. We noticed our relatively new dryer not working like it should and found Elite from a Google search. They were super accommodating on the phone and Jason arrived exactly when he said he would. The job ended up being a bit more complicated than anticipated due to the location of our dryer & vents, but it was obvious Jason knew what he was doing. Originally called to have my dryer vent cleaned although knowing that the ducts had to be done, one of these days as well. After speaking with Debbie, I "let her talk me into it" and could not be more pleased. I envisioned 'dust all over the house' and nothing could be further from the result. Jason & Chris were efficient, helpful, easy to deal with and courteous to the max, showing true respect for my home.
