Dr. Lay and his team are caring, quick, and effective as a doctor and team. I loved my interaction as this doctor is high quality and comforting. I had a toe infection, and now it’s almost clear in record time (was supposed to take up to a year but a few months later already looks much better!). My toe nail is coming back nicely, and I have benefited from their high tech treatment (a laser). The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, too. I am very content with Dr. Lay office Starting off with Miss Nena Very professional and at the same time, very patient kind and helpful. Then with Dr. Lay He communicates he explains he ask he gives you choices and he looks for your best interest, Not like Most othe doctors that see you less than 10 minutes the walks you out. He does not do that. He works with you. once again. I’m very content. .
Excellent visit with the Dr. Lay, as he diagnosed my fractured toe, explained my high arch, and recommended a specific shoe brand to ease my foot issues. I would certainly go back again. He as easy to talk to I would highly recommend him.
After more than four years as a patient, I can honestly say Dr. Lay is outstanding. He’s personable, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. He always offers the best options and truly cares about your comfort and results. If you’re looking for a foot doctor you can trust, this is the one.
Dr. Lay was absolutely wonderful. He was very friendly and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire ingrown nail removal process thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect. That alone made a huge difference. He also made it clear that he was available if I had any questions afterward, which gave me a lot of reassurance. The care didn’t stop when the procedure was over.
