As disabled vet with multiple issues, I must say that Dy.Lay and his office was not just the best podiatrist I have seen, but the best care I have ever received from any doctors office. Worked with me for a long time but unfortunately, my injuries were to great and had to have surgery. He and the staff took very good care of me for my surgery. My experience with this office was less than acceptable. Dr. Lay is smart and kind, a good doctor, but his office manager, Nina, was definitely not professional with me. I needed reconstruction surgery, and had confirmed the practice accepted my insurance before ever seeing the doctor. Over two months in, she informs me they do NOT take my insurance, and she had gotten "Alliant" and "Alliance" confused, and she didn't catch it until I was pretty well established and getting ready to schedule surgery. After two visits to the ER and they couldn't find anything wrong one visit to Elite Foot and Ankle I finally got answers. The staff and Dr have a wonderful personality and bedside manners I'd totally recommend them anyone needing to find a place to get answers regarding their foot and ankle problems.
I highly recommend Dr. Lay. He completed two surgeries on my feet and both times were successful. He took his time to explain the procedures and really understood my concerns. He is kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Highly recommended! I saw Dr. Lay for an issue that had been bothering me for more than a year, and in one visit he had me on the road to recovery. I feel like he really listened to my concerns and spent as much time as needed to discuss what was going on with my foot and then came up with a plan to solve it. Thank you Dr. Lay!
