Dr. Lay was awesome and super nice. My main reason for this rating is due to the front desk and communication. I had called and left several messages one day looking for just a quick renwal on a prescription same day. All calls went unanswered and not returned until the next day. When she return the call, I was told they were not in office that day due to a surgery. That's great and all but there needs to be some communication or don't allow incoming calls. Dr. Lay and his team are caring, quick, and effective as a doctor and team. I loved my interaction as this doctor is high quality and comforting. I had a toe infection, and now it’s almost clear in record time (was supposed to take up to a year but a few months later already looks much better!). My toe nail is coming back nicely, and I have benefited from their high tech treatment (a laser). The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, too. Dr Lay and his staff are very caring. He took the time to listen and respond. Answered all of my questions. He has fantastic bed side manners and a great sense of humor. His receptionist was so sweet helped me with everything I needed. I would give a 10 star review but it only allows for 5. Thanks for making my visit go better than expected. I would highly recommend. Dr Lay will always be who I go to with any future foot problems. You guys ROCK!

I am very content with Dr. Lay office Starting off with Miss Nena Very professional and at the same time, very patient kind and helpful. Then with Dr. Lay He communicates he explains he ask he gives you choices and he looks for your best interest, Not like Most othe doctors that see you less than 10 minutes the walks you out. He does not do that. He works with you. once again. I’m very content. .

Dr Lay ,is a rare find. Both him and his staff are patient, kind, and knowledgable, whilst at the same time explaining in detail everything that the patients needs to know about their condition and treatment.. A rare find indeed.
