My experience with this office was less than acceptable. Dr. Lay is smart and kind, a good doctor, but his office manager, Nina, was definitely not professional with me. I needed reconstruction surgery, and had confirmed the practice accepted my insurance before ever seeing the doctor. Over two months in, she informs me they do NOT take my insurance, and she had gotten "Alliant" and "Alliance" confused, and she didn't catch it until I was pretty well established and getting ready to schedule surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Lay. He completed two surgeries on my feet and both times were successful. He took his time to explain the procedures and really understood my concerns. He is kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Highly recommended! I saw Dr. Lay for an issue that had been bothering me for more than a year, and in one visit he had me on the road to recovery. If you’re looking for a top-notch podiatrist, I can’t recommend Elite Foot and Ankle enough! I went in yesterday, and from the moment I walked through the door, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office was clean and well-organized, and they got me in right on time—no long waits, which is always a plus!
