My Appointment was yesterday at 1pm. I got there at 12:57pm. Got my baby out the car put him in stroller and went to my appointment. The DOOR was locked! I waited a couple minutes, it’s now 1:02pm. Door was still locked! I called no one answered! Walked to my car put baby back in car and called again. Still no answer! The answering machine said they were out to lunch till 2 pm! Wonderful podiatrist. Dr Miguel Rodriguez and his staff are courteous and friendly. He has put in his all for me and I’ve been amazed with his care. Highly recommend for shooting foot pain!
Do not go here unless you want to wait 2 hours for treatment, be ignored by the employees, be told the x-ray machine is broken, and leave without treatment. Read on to hear the horrible service I received: I called for a same day appointment at 8:50am and was so grateful when they said I could go in at 11:15am but to arrive 15 minutes early since I was new and would have to fill out paperwork. I came to Dr. Miguel Angel after a difficult experience with a previous provider, hoping for better service and for someone truly knowledgeable about foot anatomy and surgical options. Dr. Miguel Angel exceeded my expectations. He thoroughly explained how the surgery would be conducted on my foot and promptly submitted the authorization for approval. Dr Rodriguez is phenomenal. He is attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Michelle was also wonderful. The only suggestion I would give is to lower the music volume. It was too loud for a doctor's office.
