Definitely recommend here. Dr. Kravitz is amazing and he listens and thoroughly goes over the next steps. Megan is fantastic and did not judge when I called in to ask when I can start to transition to a shoe because I forgot. Honestly everyone that I’ve met here has been great. Hopefully I won’t need to come back for anything medical, but if I do, Elite is where I will go!
Are forcing a Minor to get a surgery that they don't want. The Minor had said "No I don't want that" many time but parents didn't care, the staff didn't seem to care that Minor didn't want the surgery. The Minor was clearly upset after no one listed to them about not wanting the surgery but the mom kept talking over them. Will not be going back ever. You should care more about what the patient wants.
