We called several times to fix our flooring and was told it was a "floating floor" and refused to fix the issue. We had an inspector come out and stare it was due to poor install. When I contacted Elite (should be called Subpar) Flooring, I was ignored and they refused to fix their substandard workmanship. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or choose a builder that uses them. There is a reason why there is only a 3.1 rating and more 1 ratings than 5
Horrible place to work. Unorganized bad management disrespect inefficient horrible training. Bad pay outdated systems.
That company is useless, it has corrupt staff, there is a person called Saud, he is from Bosnia, but to get a job, you have to give him money, he is corrupt and arrogant, he is not humble, and he is profiting from this company. If you builder has contract with elite flooring dont buy the house it self. Because for sure builder is cheap. Our community flooring is done by these people. My floor is installed very very cheap, uneven, crackling sounds , steps with marks we requested builder to fix it and still elit team cannot fix it. Our floor is messed up . We already planning our next flooring installation in 5 years. Just waiting for 5 years atleast want to use them .
