Made an appointment to get a tour and go over membership plans because it's by appointment only. Nobody was there, called twice. I have a really really busy schedule and my lunch time is is extremely valuable to me. This was embarrassing.

I have been a member of Elite Fitness since summer 2023. My brother and sister-in-law recommended I join, and I am so glad that they did. I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Having previously been a member of two different large, corporately-owned gyms, this place is special in all the right ways. The owner wants to meet you personally and provide a tour of the facility, equipment, and amenities. ive worked out here since they opened. this is one of the cleanest gyms ive ever seen. its family run. the owners are extremely nice and make you feel like you are apart of their family. its not uncommon to see them both cleaning while I'm working out. they will do whatever they can to help you out. a great gym to join. having worked out at many gyms in Tyler this one by far has been my favorite!
