I just had my first personal training session with Evan today and I have to say I’m so impressed with his professionalism and friendly demeanor! I was nervous because I’ve been sedentary for a few years and am typically really uncomfortable in a gym setting. He made me feel at ease and I actually enjoyed our session! 10/10 recommend Evan for personal training!
Great gym
After several months of training here I can say with certainty that this is my favorite gym, the environment and people are so great that I feel like I've found a place where I can strive to build my best self and even learn more than I have before.
Love my gym! Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming.
fridge full of pre workout, energy drinks, and protein for sale. Old school cube. machines with reupholstered seats and owner was nice! Day pass was 20 bucks
