I’ve been training on and off for 10 years now and this is the first time I’ve felt comfortable and excited to go to the gym. Cansu makes sure you’re progressing without the risk of injury. She really is a one of the best trainers in this industry. I also love the sense of community you feel at this gym. Best decision I’ve ever made.
Cansu is full of energy and encouragement which is just perfect for a journey to health! Cansu managed to help me reach my Deadlift PB within 4.5months.
