Jayme is the best trainer I’ve worked with. My fitness has improved in leaps and bounds since I started with him. I love the “functional training” approach much more than just lifting dumbbells or riding a bike. I feel more limber and strong in general as a result of working out with him.
I love this gym and all the great fitness classes and wonderful Instructors....Thanks to Dena, Jamie and Cam on making it fun to keep coming back.
Great team that truly cares about what they are doing. Every workout is a new challenge. Never the same workout twice. Fantastic!
