Elite CrossFit is so welcoming and friendly! They made me feel like family when I first starting going! The trainers made it very accommodating and would scale anything down if needed, while also pushing you at the same time! (I have only been to a few CrossFit classes before in the past so my experience was kinda low and didn’t really know much of the terms or exercises but they explained each exercise before each workout which I really liked! An awesome gym with really amazing staff. Flexible hours and friendly people. I was only in Alamogordo for about a month and everyone made me feel very encouraged and welcomed. I highly recommend signing up.
I started with EliteFit about a year ago at the end of a years long unsuccessful IVF journey which left me feeling emotionally and physically depleted. With the hormonal treatments over several years, I gained a lot of weight and struggled with feeling that my body couldn't do anything right. I love everything about EliteFit...it is so helpful to have one on one coaching--The Coaches are in tune with my strengths and weaknesses and help me meet in the middle for the best workouts. I am in my 50s, and cross-training has proven to be the best workout for my age and up.
I dropped in to a class while visiting Alamogordo and got a really good workout it! Great programming, excellent coaching, and friendly people all around. I look forward to dropping in again next time I'm in town! The coach promptly responded when I reached out to schedule a drop in. Great experience
