Elite Feet is the only place I will buy my tennis shoes. They make sure my shoes fit and that I am comfortable. They search for the best shoe for me and my needs. You sure can’t get that online! Plus, they are great caring people. It’s fun to go in there! I love Elite Feet!
I return year after year because of the great service and the knowledge that they won't allow me to leave the store with shoes that don't fit properly.
Went in carrying the shoes I have been training in (am sure when I walked in cowboy boots and hat I did nt look like the normal runner) … for a new pair for an upcoming marathon (will be my 15th). Was waited on by Gaelyn. Gotta say fantastic service … was not rushed even though there were other customers that came in. Was able to discuss what was going on with my feet and what I thought I might need and then she took over with her great depth of wisdom. I wouldn't trust anyone else win buying mine and my daughters running shoes! I know that when I leave there I have the best shoes for our feet!
Fantastic customer service and knowledgeable staff! I purchased shoes in January and a piece of the sole came off in June. They exchanged the shoes and gave me a brand new pair, no questions asked.
Terrible service. Arrogant. I wouldn't go back even if they were giving shoes away for free.
