Lied to about product I went to buy a pair of running shoes. When they brought out the shoes, I asked if they were a motion control shoe, to which they replied "yes". I bought the shoes, and went home to research them on the manufacturer's website. The manufacturer lists the shoe that Elite Feet sold me as a stability shoe, NOT a motion control shoe that I specifically asked about! Professional Staff who know what they are doing!!! I was so impressed when I had a recent shopping experience at Elite Feet. Easy to find location. The staff are very knowledgable about shoes. They go through tons of effort to find the correct fit for your foot. Priced a little high, but worth it for the individual attention you receive.
RecommendedVery helpful staff. My high school son had a foot injury and they helped him find the correct shoe and insole. He runs almost every day, so we get shoes every three months. They keep track of what he buys and send us reminder notices. I also like their reward program. FYI, my son just won class 4A cross country meet this year in Missouri, so appreciate the help from Elite Feet.
My wife and I had a lovely time ( and conversation) being fitted today. I’m already looking forward to buying more shoes at Elite Feet!
Very friendly people that are helpful in prescribing the right footwear for your feet and for your activities (running, cross-training, etc) — I’ll never purchase athletic shoes anywhere else.
Superior service you just do not find anywhere else. Great quality of products and while you have to wait, it is WELL Worth it!
Staff is very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. Also, everyone's a runner, so they know what works and what doesn't.
Every person on staff here is amazing and super knowledgeable about the shoes and getting a good fit. I'm so glad that I went into this store to get fitted and get help from them. They truly went above and beyond. I even had an issue once I actually ran in the shoes I bought and they switched them out without a hitch. Ran my first half this past weekend and couldn't be happier with my shoes! Will definitely be back. Thank you!
Can't say enough good things about their customer service and expertise. We won't buy shoes from anyone else.
