First visit Dr. cancels my appointment when I was in office 2 visit he took blood test I didn't need 3 visit the PA did not know how to treat a patient she had a bad attitude. Because I let her know. I did not need the blood test in the first place that they kept making me go back so they can charge my insurance for something aspecialist has already. Dr. Shannon Shieh is incredibly thoughtful and kind. I’ve never met a doctor who listens and understands my concerns the way she does. My issues are often dismissed elsewhere, but she truly takes the time to listen and find real solutions. I live in Yorba Linda, but I’m more than willing to drive to West Covina just to see her. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever had!
