Me and my sister both had appointments . We are elderly and got lost! The receptionist was rude arrogant and did not try to work with us at all I guess because we are poor and old ! My sister need glasses since the ones we got last year just fell apart!
In December, my three-year-old daughter and I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Baggett for her first eye exam. Our experience was exceptional! The optician was friendly, patient, and she even managed to capture images of my toddler’s eyes. 🤯 Dr. Baggett’s thoroughness and expertise were evident throughout the examination. His kind and reassuring demeanor made for a very pleasant experience for both my daughter and me. 👓❤️
My girlfriend purchased a pair of Costa sunglasses from Elite 9 months ago. In September, the lenses cracked, so we asked them to order new ones (under warranty). Here we are 3 months later, after asking about them multiple times and where they were, they tell me I have to pay? If that’s the truth then say that at the beginning instead of acting like you ordered them and they are missing. RIDICULOUS!
They lost the glasses I picked out and measured for. Told me "just come back in, pick out another pair" no apology, no accountability, nothing. Two different doctors, last two eye exams gave me completely different prognosis on cataracts. No thanks. I'll take my $400-$500 order with insurance somewhere else...every year moving forward.
The woman on the phone seem to care and had my daughter bring my grandson in the eye dr said he was older and said he didn't see good himself hmmm ok but 1st off my grandson is 2yrs old and Autistic and he walked in the room with a no care attitude he is 2yrs old the dr said I will be back when he calms down I'm gonna go see my other patients. So today's date is 6/26/2024 DO NOT take your child or anyone else that is Autistic to this place every person should be ashamed of how they treat Autistic kids when they are treating ... read more
