I’m choosing to spend $2k for a different company to do the work Elite Exteriors should have done to properly install and vent a roof. EE put a new roof on for the previous owner of my home in JUL 2019 to the tune of about $8k as she was in the process of selling. Everything looked very good from the ground, straight lines on the hips and cap. I had the home inspected and it was noted in the report there was a lack of adequate ventilation in the attic.
