Jason shut down the FL branch about 2 months after completing my roof/ skylight install, so I originally put this on their MN branches page.. since it looks like they're open in FL again, I'll leave it here as well. 1)Blew up my phone almost daily randomly showed up at house 2.)didnt tell me when roof get done then one day boom show up 3) Left trailer in front my garage overnight blocking me from getting out of it I called and they didn't do anything (didn't care) I lost money 4) don't care about customers!
Kevin came out to evaluate my roof to see if it needed repair or replacement. He asked questions to learn what I was looking for and why, and he presented multiple options to help me meet my goals. This is a good company with good people, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
If I could put 0 stars I would. This company waiting six months to start my roof after I paid a $10,000 deposit. Then they left the materials in the weather for another 3 weeks leaving warped wood and substandard materials to be used on my roof which still is leaking at the flash points and spouts.
